Darren Woodson, DVM

Dr Woodson

Darren Woodson, DVM, was raised in Kansas and graduated from Kansas State University Veterinary School in 1985. Dr. Woodson likes that each day presents new and unique challenges as well as the rewards of teaching clients about preventive health care for their pets. Some of Dr. Woodson’s special interests at work are orthopedic and knee surgeries, dentistry and practice management.

Margie Alvarez Woodson, DVM

Margie Alvarez Woodson, DVM was raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico and graduated from Kansas State University Veterinary School in 1986. Dr. Alvarez likes that companion animal medicine is becoming more sophisticated due mainly to the increasing development of the human animal bond.  Dr Alvarez is particularly interested in internal medicine and ultrasonography. 

The Woodsons have 3 children, daughters Kelsy and Kendra, and son Shane. They enjoy spending time with their children, going to their sporting events, and traveling.

Samantha McKinney, DVM

Samantha McKinney was born in Alamogordo, NM and spent all of her childhood in Las Cruces, NM.  She recieved her DVM from Colorado State University in 2005.  As a veterinarian she is excited to put her education to use with an emphasis on preventive medicine and the human animal bond.

She is married and has two adorable sons.

Vivian Cimbal, VMD

Dr. Orita

Vivian Cimbal was born and raised in Northern Virginia, in a suburb of Washington, DC.  She recieved her VMD in 2004 from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in Philadelphia, PA.  Her clinical interests include veterinary dentistry, diagnostic imaging, and internal medicine.

She has a cat named Willis--his hobbies include opening kitchen pantry doors and hunting flies.  She also has a Boxer cross named Mackenzie who was rescued from the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

Dr. Cimbal is excited to be a part of the community and enjoys outdoor activities.
